Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to each scheduled appointment. Refund Policy: Prepaid sessions are refundable on a prorated basis within 30 business days, provided a written request is submitted. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior will not be refunded but may be rescheduled. Missed Appointments: Failure to attend or notify the provider at least 24 business hours in advance of an appointment will result in forfeiture of payment. Missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Fee Coverage: Appointment fees do not include the cost of medications, tools, or supplies. Insurance Copays are not refundable, and patients may be charged a $50 missed appointment fee for failure to attend or notify the provider at least 24 business hours in advance of an appointment. Patients who are more than 10 minutes late for any appointment time are required to reschedule the visit and may be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.
